I've never done Pilates before will this work for me?
Absolutely. There are beginner workouts with clear, step by step instructions. You'll feel guided and supported. You can also ask any questions to Janine inside the community.
I'm post natal, is this safe?
Yes, the postnatal content has been carefully created to support safe strength rebuilding. Janine is qualified to assist with Post Natal. As always, if you have specific health concerns, check with your healthcare provider first.
I don't have much time. Is 15 minutes really enough?
Short, consistent movement beats long, occasional workouts every time. The 10 minute sessions are genuinely effective and they're the ones most members do most often.
I've tried things like this before and lost motivation. Why would this be different?
Because it was built around the real reasons people stop — not enough time, content that doesn't fit their body, no support. Short sessions, progressive structure, and real community address all three.
What if I have an injury or back pain?
Janine has years of experience working with bodies that have injuries, chronic pain and movement limitations, it's one of the things she's known for. Many members join specifically because of back pain, hip tightness or old injuries and find that this is the first thing that's actually helped, because Janine understands how to work around a problem rather than through it.
Every session includes modifications so you can always work at your level safely. That said, if you have a specific injury or medical condition, always check with your physio or GP before starting.
How quickly will I see results?
Most members notice something within the first 1–2 weeks, often it's postural awareness, less tension in the back and shoulders, or just feeling more connected to their body. Visible strength changes typically build over 4–8 weeks of consistent movement. The shorter the sessions, the more likely you are to actually do them, which is what drives results.
Is there a minimum commitment or contract?
No contracts, no minimum term. You're in month to month and can cancel anytime. We're confident you'll want to stay but we never want you to feel locked in.
I'm going through perimenopause/menopause. Is this relevant for me?
Very much so. The low impact, strength focused nature of this style of movement is one of the most recommended forms of exercise for women in perimenopause and menopause. It supports bone density, muscle tone, stress regulation and sleep all without the high impact stress that can backfire during this stage of life.
How often should I be doing the workouts?
Even 3 sessions a week will create a noticeable difference. Most members start with 2–3 shorter sessions and build from there. There's no pressure to do more than fits your life - consistency over intensity is what will create results.
